Lexicon
Concept entries
A compact orientation for each concept: a preferred label, a definition, a scope note that names the distinction to preserve, justified synonyms, and links to related entries and the monograph that develops the idea.
These fifty entries are an editorial seed, not a terminology release. Their NX-C identifiers are local to this publication and imply no SNOMED CT concept, no external code, and no mapping. External mappings are deliberately left empty until they can be recorded with source, version, relation, evidence, and a reviewer.
